Welcome to Our Dorset’s Future Care Information and event page. The Future Care programme is dedicated to shaping the future of health and care services in collaboration with the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS).
Our mission is to bring together communities, organisations, and stakeholders to co-create innovative, person-centred solutions that enhance health and care across Dorset. Through engagement events, workshops, and online sessions, we provide opportunities to learn about Future Care initiatives, share insights, and connect with key teams driving change.
