Plants and Minds will be hosting the next Growing Communities Networking event on Monday 11 May at 9.30am, taking place at Cherry Tree Nursery, Northbourne.
This month’s session coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week, where the national theme is ACTION. Guest speaker Marie‑Clare Gale (Sunflower Thinking) will explore how we can move beyond awareness to create meaningful, lasting change in our workplaces, communities and personal wellbeing.
The event is open to anyone working with or supporting people experiencing poor mental health, including charities, community organisations, support services and local businesses. It’s a chance to connect, share learning and strengthen community support across Dorset.
And yes — as always — there will be cake.
