About the event
Colleagues working across Dorset’s health, care and community sectors are invited to join an immersive afternoon exploring living systems theory with internationally recognised practitioner Myron Rogers.
This session is designed for anyone working in integrated neighbourhood teams, cross‑system partnerships, or roles focused on improving outcomes for people and communities. Together, we’ll explore how systems behave in reality, what this means for our work, and how we can collaborate more effectively during times of transformation.
Participants are encouraged to bring real challenges, promising practices, and examples from their own work. The workshop blends theory, practical tools, reflective inquiry and whole‑group learning, offering approaches you can take back into your teams.
What we’ll explore
• How living systems work and what this means for integrated care
• How Dorset’s system behaves in practice—not just in theory
• What this means for our roles, behaviours and ways of working
• How we recognise indicators of progress and future direction
• Practical methodologies you can apply in your own setting
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with Myron Rogers and deepen your understanding of systems thinking in a supportive, collaborative environment. Follow‑up support will be available for those who request it.
