Celebrating a Year of Connection & Collaboration

12th December 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, Dorset VCSA is proud to share our End of Year Review — a reflection on the partnerships, priorities, and community voices that have shaped our journey.

This year we’ve strengthened connections through two series of Virtual Exchange Webinars, launched new strategic resources for the VCSE, and ensured accessible updates from the ICB and Health & Wellbeing Boards. Collaboration has been at the heart of everything we do — from Adam’s blog and FutureCare events to the Families First Pathfinder pilot and our involvement in the Bristol Neighbourhood Health event.

Our priorities remain clear: collaboration over competition, co-production over consultation, prevention over crisis, and community power over top-down solutions. These values continue to guide us as we build a resilient, inclusive, and empowered voluntary sector across Dorset.
