The Next Gen HER initiative is designed to transform the passion of young women (aged 18-40) into sustainable profit and purpose. We are actively seeking 15 driven women from within Dorset/BCP, who have brilliant ideas for community change and want to turn them into thriving social enterprises.
How the Initiative Works: Participants will embark on an incredible journey of skill-building, innovation, and empowerment, including:
Expert-Led Training: Intensive startup workshops from September to December 2025 will equip them with comprehensive business development skills.
Purpose-Driven Businesses: They will learn to develop enterprises that not only achieve economic independence but also directly address critical local needs.
Entrepreneurial Empowerment: The program fosters confidence and practical skills for leadership and innovation.
High-Profile Showcase: Participants will have the invaluable opportunity to pitch their fully developed business concepts to investors and a large audience at our 9th BCP International Women’s Day, Awards, and Gala Dinner event, scheduled for **March 7th, 2026, at the 4-star Hilton Hotel Bournemouth.
This is more than a program; it’s an opportunity to create a lasting impact within our communities. Participation in the initiative is FREE for registration, administration, and training, with a refundable £50 participation fee once accepted to ensure commitment.
