Colleagues across Poole North, Crane Valley, and Wimborne & Ferndown Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are coming together under Castleman Healthcare to host a Frailty Networking Event on 13 May 2026. This collaborative session will bring together partners from health, social care, and the voluntary and community sector to explore how we can better support people at risk of frailty and falls.
The event is designed to create space for honest, practical conversations about:
- What is working well in neighbourhood approaches to frailty
- Where there are opportunities to build on existing strengths
- The challenges colleagues face in delivering joined‑up, effective support
To help shape the discussions on the day, Castleman Healthcare is inviting all colleagues working with people living with frailty to complete a short pre‑event questionnaire. Your insights will directly inform the themes and priorities explored during the session.
