Mark joined an embryonic project “Help & Care” as a part-time Development Worker for 3 months in 1985. He developed the Community Development Project as a lone worker for 6 years, becoming Chief Executive. He has led the organisation with a vision of People and Communities living the lives they choose and core values of Social Justice, Collaboration, Innovation and Personal. He has developed and maintained a range of collaborations across Public, Private and Voluntary Sectors and participation in the Dorset VCSA as a natural extension of this work.
